Yesterday we started the day off with a naturalist run.  It was really cool learning about the local plants and getting a good workout at the same time. After breakfast we had our SCUBA exams and even though everyone was stressed we all passed. The morning was pretty amazing. In the afternoon we went into Deep Creek and played games with the middle school students.  We all had fun and got to know each other better.  It was the first super warm day so some of the students went into local convenience stores and got ice cream and sodas. When we got back from Deep Creak we were greeted by the K3 and K4 kayak groups. Since it was one of the student’s birthdays we had cake after dinner which was fantastic. For a night activity we watched a documentary on water needs that was very inspirational.  So far it has been one of the best days that we’ve spent here so far.
