We are all beginning to realize that at this time next week we will be on a plane home. So many memories, experiences, and friendships have been made in the past few months it is crazy to think that in one week we will be saying goodbye to each other. It seems like only a few days ago that we were doing our first run-swim, getting assigned our first chores, and writing our first I-Search paper.

Because we only have one week left, we all want to take advantage of every opportunity and every moment that we have left here. Our quote of the day, “Do it today,” was said by Jonny during the last day of orientation. We hope that everyone keeps this quote in mind so they can get as much out of their last week at the Island School as possible.
